Decの無菌充填装置は、既存の生産ラインにシームレスに統合できるように構成されており、滅菌されたRTU/RTF (Ready to Use or Fill) ボトル、バイアル、カートリッジ、事前充填可能なシリンジ、デュアルチャンバーシステム (DCS) などのさまざまな容器に充填出来るように設計されています。
液体は凍結乾燥粉末より安定性が低に為、粉体および液体の最終的な混合が投与直前に患者によって行われるDCSの製造が増えています。
製品を一次容器に充填、特にDCSタイプに充填し、長期間の保管とよりパーソナライズされた調合等の可能性を求める時、DecはRTU包装充填のパートナーになります。
