We are proud to announce the launch of our cutting-edge Micronization Suite, now operational in Brick, New Jersey. This new facility features a state-of-the-art Clean Room Class ISO 4 environment, designed to meet high standards of cleanliness and process control for pharmaceutical and fine chemical applications.

Our suite is fully equipped with the latest 4th Generation MC DecJet® jet mills, representing the forefront of industry innovation in particle size reduction. This allows us to provide comprehensive R&D, development, and proof-of-concept studies, along with detailed reports on the viability of candidate materials for micronization based on flow properties.

Precise Particle Size Distribution (PSD) Targeting

We develop optimal operating parameters - such as pressure and feed rate - to achieve targeted PSD goals. Our team employs advanced laser diffraction analyzers, including the Malvern 3000 Pro, and both wet and dry measurement methods, complemented by microscopic analysis, to ensure accurate characterization and control of particle size and distribution.
