We are pleased to share an important milestone in our organisation’s journey. Extract Technology has now completed its full integration into Dec Group, a global leader in integrated process solutions serving the pharmaceutical, biopharma, nuclear, chemical, and other highly regulated industries.

This development marks the next step in a successful partnership that began with Dec Group’s acquisition of Extract Technology in 2021. Since joining the group, we have benefited from significant investment and strategic support, including the expansion of our ISO 9001‑certified manufacturing facility in Huddersfield, UK. In 2022, we added a new building to increase production capacity and meet the rising global demand for advanced containment and aseptic solutions.

As part of this evolution, we are proud to announce that our company will now operate under a new name: Dec Group UK. This change reflects our seamless integration into the wider Dec organisation and reinforces our shared commitment to innovation, quality, and customer‑focused engineering.
