DCS® Docking System
High Containment big bag discharge
DCS® Docking System is fully integratable in Dec's modular big bag discharging stations providing full operator, product and environment protection (ISO class 6). high containment (< 1 µg/m3).
DCS® Docking system is especially designed to connect and discharge big bags with a single or double liner under full containment (< 1 µg/m3).

Depending on the powder flow, specific massage or delumping units mounted on load cells can be provided and thereby guaranteeing precise dosing.
If process and safety requirements are more restrictive, the use of PTS Powder Transfer System® is recommended rather than emptying by gravity, as this will ensure full emptying of the big bag and full dust evacuation prior to disconnection.

For higher containment requirements (0.1µg/m3), big bags can be fitted with a Rapid Transfer Port (RTP).

With safety always a priority, DCS® guarantees both primary and secondary containment, with a glove box enabling the operator to connect the drum liners within a sealed environment.
The fully cleanable DCS® system features a Push-Push HEPA filter which is connected to an extraction system.
System available in various materials (SS, HC22, Halar coated, etc.) and on load cells. Inertisation possible. Appropriate for use in ATEX zone 1/21.
