容器（アンプル、バイアル、ボトル、シリンジ）を最大600本/分で洗浄するロータリー式およびバルコニー式洗浄装置です。容器はトレイからステンレス製の金網コンベアベルトに載せられた後、洗浄が行われます。洗浄が終了するとトレイに排出されるか、あるいは次の装置に搬送されます。​

Rotary Washing Machine

Sterilization tunnels are advanced machines designed for sterilizing containers in a fast and efficient manner. They feature an integrated transport belt with automatic tensioning and monitoring of the belt position, ensuring smooth operation. Temperature and differential pressure indicators help maintain ideal and repeatable machine settings.

 

The tunnels also include an air convection pre-heating and sterilizing zone for energy efficiency and gentle heating of containers. Multiple sensors and control stations ensure optimal temperature distribution throughout the tunnel. The user-friendly touch screen operation makes it easy to adjust settings, while a PLC system allows for precise control and monitoring of relevant data.
