特許出願中の新しいBoMa技術は、現在のポンプで発生する速度、精度、柔軟性の問題に対処する効果的なソリューションを提供するように設計されています。
BoMa技術は圧力と真空により作動します。レシピのすべての成分の充填は、数秒で行う事が出来ます。したがって、高い生産能力を提供する事が可能です。
ポンプがない為、別の製品を製造する場合など、非常に迅速な装置の清掃が可能です。
BoMaシステムは、ピストンポンプのように、多くのポンプの代わりに使用できます。
主な利点はシールがないこと、すなわちメンテナンスフリーであることと、製品交換時の洗浄が容易であることです。
Peristaltic Pump
The peristaltic filling machine DecFill® LAB-mPP (dosing range 0.1 - 100 ml) can be used as a stand-alone device or integrated into a fully automatic machine for multiple containers.
All pump components are integrated into the machine, allowing aggressive liquids to be pumped without the risk of cross-contamination.
With a filling accuracy of up to +/- 0.5%, this machine offers accurate filling.
Rotary Piston Pump
The rotary piston pump filling machine DecFill® LAB-mRP si designed for a dosing range from 0.1 - 100 ml and for mutliple containers.
Pistons and cylinders are manufactured from one single piece of stainless steel. The connection fill sites are integrated in manufacturing, eliminating product residue around welding seams.
Due to the high precision during manufacturing no additional sealing elements are necessary.
