Product Testing

 

As an essential element of Dec's dedication to quality, we provide customers with the ability to test their products, or a suitable test product, using our in-house test plant, pre-purchase. Tests are prepared and carried out by Dec's specialists, and of course the customer is welcome to join us on site to observe the process.

Tests can be carried out on the following processes:

• Powder transfer including CIP
• Charging of equipment or packaging (drums and big bags)
• Discharge of equipment or packaging (drums, big bags and bags)
• Mixing and dosing

If it is necessary to carry out a test at a customer's site, perhaps because a longer test is desirable, or for toxic products, test equipment and expertise can be made available at reasonable cost.
