Commissioning and Training

Installations can be commissioned by our experts if required, which, combined with staff training, is usually achievable within two days.

 

This can include:

 

Assembly Supervision

A Dec technician will be on site as appropriate to supervise the

• Initial instructions for positioning the elements pre-assembly
• Assembly guidance
• Full equipment check-up prior to final installation

 

Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)

A FAT can be included in our services if appropriate, according to mutually agreed protocols. Performed on our premises, this takes one day.

It will be carried out on all the elements completely assembled, including the controls where applicable, and can also include testing of all mechanical equipment and a documentation review.

 

HAZOP

A systematic on site HAZOP session focussing on identifying hazards and operational issues can be organized if required.

 

Validation (QI/QO)

We can provide both the expertise necessary to validate the installation and validation documents.
