Pack Off Systems

 

Dec’s Pack Off Systems manage a range of packaging, from simple to complex. The simpler systems feed the product through a packing head, through an inflatable head and into a continuous liner placed into a product collection drum which is positioned on an integral balance to automatically define packing limits.

 

More complex systems combine this technology with a feed control system, such as an integrated automated filling, which can be combined with complete isolated and/or sterile systems for total control of the filling cycle. Isolated systems will consist of a single positive rigid or semi rigid pressurised glove box isolator chamber housing a rotary valve or feeder, inline sampling system for in-flight samples, weigh scale and on onboard bag heat sealing stations.

 

With the aid of laminar flow hoods or RABs (Restricted Access Barriers) to ensure grade A transfer in and out, this can also be added to sterile systems.
