Dec’s Flexible Systems provide a practical alternative to solid containment systems, for clean, toxic and sterile product processing.

Third party containment ensures engineered process control, protection of the operator and no product loss. Lightweight, portable design enables the system to be moved to the process area when needed, freeing up the space when not in use, whilst the modular frame makes for ease of attachment to process equipment.

 

The ergonomic design follows operators’ movements and fits a wider range of operator sizes, and disposable gloves save time in cleaning and validation. The cGMP system minimises the
prospect of cross contamination.

Systems available include:

•  Aseptic processing and sterility testing

•  Controlled atmosphere, including dry air, N₂, low oxygen, etc

•  Sterile and toxic containment isolators (± pressure)

•  Laminar flow or turbulent flow isolators

•  Laboratory isolators

•  Process bespoke isolators

•  Sterilisation using H₂O₂

•  Multi chamber isolators

•  Use of rapid transfer ports or continuous liner
