Dec’s Dispensing Systems cover a wide range of requirements, from a simple single chamber to multi-purpose dispensing and pack off systems for sterile toxic production.

 

These accurate, safe systems handle multiple input packs, from Big Bags to Small Drums as well as part dispensed donor drums, and will dispense into many pack forms, from small drums to most bag formats. The process can be automatic or manual, from a standalone or integrated system which may form part of a secondary process.

Systems range from contained drum pack off stations with automatic filling and weight control, complete sterile pack off systems, filling bags or aluminium canisters, through to small single stage isolators that dispense one pack to another.

Where the product is to be dispensed and mixed with a liquid then both sterile and non sterile
compounding systems are available. Validation, CFR 21 compliance and ATEX plays a significant part in the design of these systems.
